A poster design inspired by a visit to the Danish Design Museum in Copenhagen. I was influenced by the chairs in the museum lobby, bright red and in a mid century style, I was inspired to create a mid century style poster to match. After creating an illustration of the chair, I added the artichoke lamp, a background in a muted mid century pastel and a simple sans serif typeface.
I have shown the different iterations the poster took before I chose the final, a close-up of the chair illustration and the photo that inspired the project.
